Bristol! It’s time to dust off your magnifying glass and brush up on your detective skills because our Murder Mystery is back! Join us for a dining experience with a twist as you watch the murder mystery unfold and try to decipher the killer. Whether you decide to bring your Sherlock to your Watson or a team of CID detectives, we promise a night of laughter and thrills fit for everyone to enjoy.
Tuck into a 3-course dinner as you meet and dine with the suspects and learn their stories. Do they have an alibi? Are things not quite adding up? It’s time for you to catch the killer (and win a bottle of prosecco).
Storyline: It’s 1937 and you’re invited to the wedding of Rt. Hon Daphne Ramsbottom and English artist Mr Stanton Drew. The lovebirds met in Paris during Daphne’s grand tour of Europe. It was love at first sight… Supposedly.
The wedding will be hosted by her parents Colonel Sir Joseph Ramsbottom, the ex Governor of Bombay and his wife Lady Helen Ramsbottom. All of the great and good will be there, in fact The Guardian are calling it society’s wedding of the year. It’s going to be a wonderful occasion, what could possibly go wrong?
What to expect on the night:
- Welcome reception with a glass of prosecco
- 3 course meal where you’ll meet the suspects and listen to their alibis and suspected motives. With your team (you can work as a table or split into teams) you will then try to find out who the murderer is!
- A great comedic performance played by professional actors from 1st Call Murder Mystery.
- Dress attire: Smart/Whatever you feel comfortable in. (Previously we’ve had Sherlock and Watson fancy dress, tuxedo’s and “jeans and a nice top” combo).
