Whether you’re looking for ways to improve your wellbeing, or learn more about the menopause, this is the event for you.
Expert Talks: Gain valuable insights from our main speaker, Hazel Hayden, a Consultant Nurse and a British Menopause Society Registered Menopause Specialist. Hazel is not only an expert in her field, but also plays a key role in training Healthcare Professionals to become British Menopause Society Specialists. Her talk will cover essential aspects of menopause, offering guidance and answering your questions. Exploring topics from menopause symptoms and how to handle them, to emotional wellbeing and communication.
Nutritional Guidance: Discover the vital nutrients that can support your wellbeing during the menopause. Learn how to adjust your diet to meet your body’s changing needs. Highlighting the benefits of exercise and staying active.
Belly Dancing Display: Experience a vibrant belly dancing display, showcasing how movement and dance can contribute to physical and emotional wellbeing.
This evening is an opportunity to connect with others, gain knowledge, and learn more about the menopause. This event isn’t exclusively about the menopause, we will be showcasing the ways to improve your wellbeing from skincare to yoga and everything in between.
