Our 2026 camping season is now open for bookings!

Set within the grounds of Old Down Estate, our bell tents offer a relaxed countryside escape. Your stay includes free park entry, with 66 acres to explore at your own pace. It’s an easy, stress-free camping option for families and friends, with a few added comforts along the way.

2 Berth: £100 per night (deposit £25 per night)
4 Berth: £185 per night (deposit £45 per night)
6 Berth: £260 per night (deposit £65 per night)

We are a dog friendly venue and charge £15 per dog for the duration of your stay. We ask that they’re kept on a lead due to our free-roaming live stock and that you clean up after them. *Dog beds are not included.

Each bell tent has metal bed frames with super coil spring mattresses, an indoor stove for cosy evenings and furnishings to create a relaxing, hassle-free camping experience. Plus, they all come with that all important Wi-Fi access.

Bed configurations are as follows: 2 berth (1 double, 4 berth (1 double/2 singles) and 6 berth (1 double/4 singles).

We provide duvets, pillows, towels, a non-electric kettle, mugs, a battery powered light and tea lights. Outside every bell tent is their own little seating area with mini fire pit (kindling and logs are now included in the price and will be in your tent when you arrive).

There are communal facilities for running water to wash up, a small under counter fridge, electric kettle and microwave. We have on-site cabin toilets and showers. All communal facilities are a first come first serve basis.

Please note our pitches are non-electric.

New for 2026: Self check in via Vicarage Lane. Prior to your stay with us, you will receive codes for the entry gate and another to collect your keys through a lock box. Each tent will come with 1 parking space much closer to your tent than before. If you require more than 1 car parking space, we ask you park in the Country Park via the Country Park entrance. Please note, the Country Park is open daily from 8am-5pm.

Country Park

Included in your stay is free access to our Country Park. From beautiful gardens and woodlands full of blooming flowers and grand trees, to adventure play areas featuring a zip wire, jumping pillow and a giant draughts board.

We are also home to many different animals great and small, including; goats, alpacas, highland cows, bunnies, birds and lots more! We host animal encounter sessions everyday in our Animal Barn.

If you're bringing your dog, we have an exercise area just for them. They can run around off lead in an enclosed area with some agility equipment for them to try out!

Our café is open from 9am-5pm and we stop serving food at 3pm.

Sunday Lunch in the Manor
Available on selected Sundays with sittings at 12:30pm, 1pm, 1:30pm and 2pm. Pre-booking is advised (£5pp deposit required). More information.

Foxhills Spa

Foxhills Spa

Located on site and a short walk from the tents is Foxhills Spa, offering relaxing spa packages, massages, facials and beauty treatments. 

Open Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm with twilight evenings available on Thursday evenings, 5pm-8pm.
