You can hire either of our stunning event spaces: the Victorian Manor House or the charming Rustic Barn - both ideal for unforgettable parties and celebrations. Each venue includes a fully stocked bar for your guests to enjoy throughout the event, with room layouts entirely up to you. Tables and chairs are included as standard, making it easy to style the space to suit your occasion.
Catering & Dry Hire Details
Dry hire allows you to bring your own catering, whether that’s a catering van, a professional catering company, or even a home-cooked menu. This option is perfect for those looking to personalise every detail while still enjoying the professional service and stunning setting Old Down is known for.
As part of the dry hire package, a hire fee applies and a minimum bar spend is required. This amount is secured via a pre-authorised card payment and released following your event, subject to agreed terms and conditions.
